Fujifilm Quicksnap Superia

Fujifilm · Japan

The Quicksnap Superia is a single-use, or disposable, camera manufactured by Fujifilm. Designed for ultimate simplicity and convenience, it encapsulated the pre-digital era trend of affordable, point-and-shoot photography. The camera body is typically constructed entirely of plastic, containing a pre-loaded roll of Fujifilm Superia color film, commonly 24 or 27 exposures. Once the film is shot, the entire unit, including the camera body and lens, is returned to a photofinisher for processing, after which the device is discarded. Its primary function was to provide an accessible, low-cost means for capturing snapshots, vacation photos, or casual events without requiring the commitment of owning or operating a traditional film camera. It was ubiquitous in supermarkets, convenience stores, and tourist destinations during its heyday.
