Zenit Zorki C (S)

The Zorki C (S) is a 35mm rangefinder camera produced by the Soviet KMZ factory, marketed under the Zenit brand name. It belongs to the long-running Zorki series, which was designed as an affordable alternative to German Leica rangefinders. Characterized by its utilitarian construction and simplified controls compared to earlier Zorki models, it represented the continued evolution of Soviet mass-produced cameras for the domestic market and export. As a budget rangefinder, it provided basic manual photography functionality with a minimum of features, likely including a cloth focal-plane shutter and interchangeable lens mount, but lacking sophisticated exposure meters or advanced optics.
