The Mamiya RZ 67 Pro IID represents the pinnacle refinement of Mamiya's modular medium format system at its discontinuation in 2004. Building upon the established RZ 67 platform introduced earlier, the Pro II model itself was a significant upgrade, and the subsequent Pro IID further refined the user experience. It retained the core strengths of the RZ line: a revolving back for effortless switching between vertical and horizontal compositions, exceptional 6x7cm negative quality, and a robust modular design accepting interchangeable viewfinders, focusing screens, and metered prisms.
